[*USI*]Colorado[S], The_Flying_Dutchmen have been sanctioned for:

3.6 Attacking without Roleplay. Players must be given reasonable time to react to hostilities.
1.1 Abusive, vulgar, obscene, political, racist, graphic, pornographic and law-violating materials
3.1 Swearing and insulting outside of Roleplay, or excessive swearing/insulting inRP

Consequences:

Regarding Colorado: You have been sanctioned for reporting someone's misbehaviour while having insulted that person. Idiot is not the worst insult you could have thrown. However, if you report someone, the least you could have done is be honest with us, since we can read the logs of the encounter. That you didn't shows that you were trying to obscure your own infraction, which I would have let slide if you'd said you were sorry. I subtracted about 40 million from your character.

Regarding The_Flying_Dutchmen: This is not the first time you have crossed our desk with this kind of behaviour. Learn to roleplay prior to fighting people, otherwise I might need to start deleting your character since the amount of guns and credits on them is becoming fewer. Loss of guns and credit balance divided by zero.

USI-Colorado here, In regards to the insult.

I can now apologize for that I require no evidence as I can confirm I did say that to him, If I had of known the terminology I used would fall under server rules I would not have used it.

Hopefully we can move past this and he will stop just outright killing me with no engagement or demands
