Game server downtime for mod update

Provided all things go well in the next few hours, we intend to take the server down this afternoon/evening to deploy the latest release of Discovery. This is expected to take 60-90ish minutes.

Current status of this is we're a bit over half way though twiddling our thumbs waiting for DSAM to rebuild its database. Still not sure why it takes this long considering every other disk-intensive operation is nice and fast on this new hardware.

I think it was Windows Defender slowing things down.
