Damn not gain official come on this faction is active as hell i know members this is just an unfair, a sanction? come on KAM| faction gain official barely log in game there is no RP or anything give guys another chance now.

I think I have talked about this with you enough, I still don't think those sanctions are legit, but you are the law. However, all of these sanctions, except one, were for me alone. I don't think blaming the entire faction for my actions is fair, but life's not fair, that's how it is.

You asked for reasons why your Faction was denied Officialdom.
You had:
Yes = 0
Abstain = 3 (one of whom was one of your Members
No = 5

I pulled the salient points that were mentioned beside each vote. The main one was the amount of Sanctions.

4. The request will remain open for Three months, and the Faction's performance on the Server and Forums will be reviewed during this period. After this period, the status request will undergo a Dev/GM/Mod vote and the results will be posted in the request thread.

This means that everything the Faction does is under the microscope. When Violation Reports come in, it is seen as the Faction, not individuals. Most of the time, we have no idea who the Player behind the Ship is. We are not generally interested.

I believe there are other reasons for the faction being denied, you have failed to change my mind about this. But I'd like you to try again.

I have no idea why the individuals voted as they did, other than what I have already intimated. I am not here to try and change your mind, I am just informing you of the facts, as is.

If you want to believe that there is a conspiracy behind you failing, then that is your prerogative. I am sure that there is nothing that I can say that will change your mind.

How many sanctions does it take for faction to fail officiality request? Why are official factions not losing their status after multiple sanctions?
