I'm in a bit of a pickle and I'm afraid I may damage my employer with the events unfolding. For this reason I hope you don't mind I am contacting you personally.
You know I recently purchased an old research station which had been vacant for many years. And yes, I know you rolled your eyes when I told you the first time but it has been a long dream of mine to start a research facility. As no one wanted this facility and, I can't blame them for it's surrounded by a cloud of heavy radioactive particles, I got a pretty good deal on the station.
Now it turns out my broker, Sirius Finance Inc, wasn't at all honest about this real estate. It turns out it's potentially unwanted by the Gas Miners Guild even when I was shown proof that it was authorised and allowed to exist there. I mean, I never saw this coming for they had all the right padwork to show me! Now yes, I know you will say it so let me say it first.... I was naive... yet being scammed into putting a huge amount of ones savings into buying property makes the property worth saving. Currently the talks with the GMG are ongoing however I would feel so much better if I had the option of moving this facility rather than watching to see it destroyed.
I know you're smart enough to guess where I'm heading so my question is, can you do this? Can you move this station from Sigma-19 to Omicron Theta? I guess it's a lot less difficult knowing that there's currently only a skeleton crew aboard when compared to moving a functional hospital but still, is it even possible? And what would it cost?

I do recall you mentioning this facility a while ago, and yes, I am aware that I called you crazy for persuing it. Though with current events unfolding, I believe I may have been right! I've been relativly occupied with my promotion to President of Deep Space Engineering, though I do still enjoy the random job.
Nonetheless, we can most definatly get this done, it's just going to require a lot more resources, as we would have to jump your station to another system. I am not going to lie though, this is quite the procedure, even if it's as small as it seems. We're looking at roughly 1,200,000,000SC to move this facility, and for a project this large we would definatly need an upfront downpayment in order to get the ball rolling, as we would need to haul heavy equipment, that is slow, and make sure the equipment can withstand the exposure of the radiation cloud the station rests in.
I know you are a medical facility, and funding can be very sparce. This price quote is on the high end of the process. It will most likely cost less, I just like to air on the side of caution. We would need an upfront deposite of at least 300,000,000SC so we can start getting equipment heading that way.

It is good to hear from you again and my congratulations on you being named president of DSE. You earned it for sure and I'm certain the company will benefit from your leadership. I also know that the higher you climb the management ladder the more hours you have to put in.
Thank you for your quick estimate of the costs. I already imagined it would be quite the engineering undertaking as well as a costly one. It is all worth it though once I have all the permits and a green light for a relocation. This, I'm afraid, will take me some time yet I hope that when I send you the coordinates of where I like the base to be relocated to you could make some preliminary checks and calculations. I may just call on you to make an expedited move and this time I like to be prepared.
I'm currently talking to Sirius Finance Inc, the company which sold me this under let's say, shady pretences and my lawyer tells me I have a strong case and may even get some of my investment returned. Either way, I can transfer the deposit as soon as you let me know where to transfer it to. With the deposit I'll also send you the coordinates of the location in Theta.

I transferred the funds to the account you specified. The transcript of the payment can be found below as well as the requests for the survey. Should the movement not take place please deduct the costs of the survey from the deposit. It's only fair to pay for services rendered.

Vital importance is that the base is relocated to an area with a significant amount of radioactive particles as MFE can only properly conduct research in an area with heavy radiation. Suffice to say, if shipboard scanners say you're in a radiation area we can conduct research there. Also, I prefer the facility is shielded from view therefore a location within the Orinocco Cloud would do best.

Dear Harus,
As your engineers have done the survey I would like to follow up on that with a date as to where the MFE base in Sigma-19 should be moved to the coordinates supplied to and surveyed by your team.
I want to propose to have her moved on Friday the 14th of August with a 'go/no-go' option at midday Thursday the 13th. The base will need to be moved yet it may depend on whether she's strong enough to survive the operation.

The survey was done a couple of weeks ago, and we see no issues with moving the base to the location you specified, it's actually a little less radioactive than the cloud it currently sits in.
The structual integrity of the base is actually better than you think, my engineers have already examined the construction, and we have found that it has been kept in good health, and been maintained will since your takeover. We do not foresee any issues with moving this base.
However, with the complexity of this move, we do suggest that any and all experiments be placed on hold during the move, as this move will not be as smooth as the last one. We will be jumping the station, and we are aware that there is a possibility of small complications during the jump procedure. We also ask that during this time, to have the station completly unoccupied, or with a bare minimum crew onboard. We will have our own small crew of engineers onboard to make sure the base is maintaining system, and hull integrity.
The date in question is very reasonable, we've been prepped for this move already so anytime you are ready, we can mobilize.
