Cruising to catch up with a smaller ship? That's a no-no. Fined all credits, guns, and cargo. Notification in hold.

Im sorry but i do not understand this violation. I have had my Trader locked up in Bastille for over 2 weeks with all credits & guns removed after fleeing a [Nova PG] character in Chugoku. I was blown up by this character in Kyushu after I managed to get out of Chugoku. He then re-engaged me when I went through Chugoku in another ship so I defended myself. This ship was also sanctioned. As he killed my Trader in Kyushu and not Chugoku I should have been allowed to enter the Chugoku without being sanctioned.
I believe you where in you're Cruiser in Languedoc When you evngage me and a Trader, I was in the Gunboat, which you chased whilst i was fleeing on thrusters, you cruised up and re-engaged about 3 times, untill the very end where i managed to kill you.
cruising up to kill a Gunboat Fleeing is a no-no dont do it.
