this ... whatever this is supposed to be is somewhere inbetween incredibly concerning and baffling in the way a drunk charging in to attack an armed police officer is.
I do not know who this person thinks he is, I do not know what kind of Junta he stands for, and I sure as hell have no idea what their aim is in staging an incident with Liberty. But we both know this cannot happen. Not with things as they are right now.
If you are able to provide any form of information on this Jinnouchi Shinsui, it will be much appreciated. Either way I will set everything in motion to have Tokkeitai investigate the man and his surroundings to find out if this is part of some bigger conspiracy.
At the same time I see it as essential to deploy available KOI assets to sniff out where him and his men are operating from. They must be basing from somewhere in Kusari or the independent worlds, and if we can find the root of this before they cause major trouble in Liberty that you and your corps will have to mitigate, then all the better.
If you excuse me, there is not a lot more time I can dedicate to this matter, since other urgent issues take a much higher priority right now. But you don't stumble across a conspiracy like this every day.
