I am Max Cosmatopolis, Velvet Commander and Freeport 11 Administrator. We recently recieved a comm from MFE of your intention to destroy one of their bases, at first I was hesitant to contact you as to why or negotiate as I believe Doc Holiday to be a expert in the field of diplomacy even if he can get a bit frayed at times. Now however I hear that you are, blocking all MFE from GMG space and declaring them hostile for what seems to be a simple misunderstanding between a MFE Doctor and yourself.

With Respect, I ask your side of things. Velvet is neutral in this, but we see any outright attacks on MFE or blocking them from free trade to be well, unusual and not right. However, I would be a fool if I didn't understand all perspectives and perhaps be a third-party in diplomatic talks betwixt you and MFE.
