Bonsoir mes amis,
I am François Lallemand, director of industrial concerns at EFL S.P.A. I have been made aware that my predecessors have had many favourable dealings with ALG and with many pending opportunities within Sirius I thought it best to reach out to a corporation that we are able to trust.
We've been approached with several offers to begin operations in and around Rheinland, now, I am aware of the civil war presently in full swing and EFL doesn't wish to take sides, but we do wish to prepare as best we can for the wars end so that there are no delays to these operations going ahead, with that said, my proposal is fairly straightforward, the Board believes that if we are to begin operating within Sirius it isn't particularly feasible to ship vast quantities of Promethene to fuel our fleet while there.
We wish to procure a sizeable amount of freighters, transports and various other logistical support craft that we can store within Rheinland to be used if and when they are required. I've been authorised to pay handsomely for this, I am currently unaware of your current situation regarding construction capability but I am sure we can come to some sort of arrangement.
I'll be awaiting your response.

My name is Anita Raichert, Director of Shipping for ALG.
It's always a pleasure to hear from one of our most reliable partners. With the situation being what it is, we have lost most of our business of smelting and refining with the loss of Dortmund and Wuppertal respectively, and ship sales are now our most important business, with production running out of Wichter, our current headquarters and shipyard.
Of course, we do not expect EFL to take sides in the civil war, anymore than we would have in a civil war in Gallia.
We encourage you to place orders at Wichter, or, if you would prefer, place a larger bulk order of ships to be delivered to Gallia, as the corridor through the Sigmas and Kusari is currently largely safe to us. Maintaining a solid cash flow is admittedly becoming difficult now, and we hope to find solid business to make up for our losses.

Bonsoir, Director Raichert.
I'm glad that we'll be able to support ALG through these trying times, I'm sure its not easy trying to stay afloat when the politicians decide to try and pull the carpet out from under you, so to speak.
We'd like to place a bulk order with you, shipping them to Gallia will not be necessary, storing them somewhere within Rheinland would be ideal but if that isn't possible then we'll make room at our station within Zurich and store them there.
In order to properly support our operations we'll require a variety of vessels, namely :
20x 203-ARKM-B5 "Humpback" Freighter
20x 204-ARKM-B10 "Ragnar" Armored Transport
10x 568-ARKG-B6 "Behemoth" Transport
10x RT-41-PFT "Uruz" Container Transport
5x "Colossus" Train
I understand this is quite a large order and it may take some time to fulfil it, we're prepared to pay the going market rate for these vessels and had no intention of trying to short change you, nor do we require these vessels with any degree of haste, its entirely to make sure we can immediately engage in Sirian operations should the opportunity arise.
If this is an acceptable proposal to you, we can pass things onto our respective accounting divisions and they can deal with finalising everything.

That is a substantial order, and will be welcome news to our sales department.
203-ARKM-B5 "Humpback"-class freighters, and 204-ARKM-B10 "Ragnar" and 568-ARKG-B6 "Behemoth"-class transports are in serial production at Wichter Station, and you can expect a steady stream on offer at the facility. The least complicated solution politically is that you visit the station directly, going from the Zurich border, given your freedom of access through Imperial-controlled Rheinland. Though it would be considered support of enemies should monarchist forces detect your approach to the station, this is unlikely to be a problem considering the system of Sigma-15 is low in presence of Imperials, and you could use your considerable economic weight to assuage them if they do find reason to protest.
In regards to the RT-41-PFT "Uruz" and "Colossus"-class transports, these are not in serial production, and we will be manufacturing them to your order. The mooring points at Wichter can house ten large trains of this class, including for regular traffic. Given the estimated rate of production, we would ask for crews to be sent in two week intervals to receive completed vessels and free up our space.
Given our difficult situation with material access, this is only a rough estimate, and we hope that you will be forgiving if there are delays in manufacture. If you wish to ease the process, the station is in need of alloys which we are struggling to supply ourselves at this time.
We are also willing to offer a discount over the typical market rates for an order like this, due to its size and our situation.
