Once again, Musashi would like to thank you for your continued patronage, and assistance in ensuring the security of our operations on Inkune. We would like to contract your help to deal with the Order problem we are both facing. We have contracted some mercenaries who have obtained Order ships and equipment, who will strike the local Zoner base in a false flag attack, creating chaos and hopefully leading to a temporary breadown of Order-Zoner relations. If The Core can supply or amplify any material that lends credence to diplomatic instability between the two parties, it could prove vital to this plan being successful. If you could forward any materials my way, that would be appreciated.
Once the flames of turmoil rampage, The Core could use this opportunity to exploit this situation and strike the Order in a way which could benefit both of our interests, and alter the balance of power in the sector. The aftermath would be putting the Zoners in a disadvantageous position, but I'm sure the pros would outweigh the cons here, as you can imagine.

Hold on, what Mercenaries? You're telling me some random bozos that you invited, with what I presume is military equipment, will be crawling into Omicron Delta to attack Zoners and Freeport 11? Don't think that complies with our laws love. This sounds very suspicious. I don't like the smell of it. We've gone through great lengths to help fortify the Zoner position in Omicron Delta, and to put that at risk would not only mean we've wasted our money, but reduce our joint effectiveness to combat Nomads that come from the Palau Ice Cloud.
Since when did The Core get so soft, Archos? I didn't think you'd get cold feet when the path in front of you is so clear. These Mercs are BHG, some of their finest, that we have exclusively contracted and signed NDAs with regarding this operation. You don't have to worry. Once their job is done, you won't see them again. They won't negatively affect your precious Omicron Delta. Sure, a few or a handful of Zoners might get hurt - but you should be used to bodycounts by now - especially if the end game is to defeat the Order. You know the saying: sometimes to make an omlete, you need to break a few eggs.
The success of this is dependent on you playing your part.

Piss off. I do what I want. Fine, I'll bite, and you better play your part and not screw things up. As it's just finished its refit, we'll get the Mars ready and in position, and wait for you to strike. The attached documents also come on top of many incidents between the Order and the local Zoners ranging from docking rights to installation sieges, and other diplomatic spats.
Make sure this is kept clandestine, otherwise you can bet your arse I'll cut your funding and vaporize Inkune faster than you can say "Landwirtrechtbewegung".
