Much of the Liberty Navy's service members stationed in Alaska and Virginia belong to the Third Fleet, with command staff stationed aboard Juneau Shipyard and Battleship Minneapolis.

Reason(s) for Construction: With the expansion of Liberty forces into the Omicron frontier, the Third Fleet is preparing a vanguard in the event of a catastrophic response from the natives. Mitchell Guard Station will serve as the primary supply hub and fallback point for Liberty Navy forces deployed to the Omicron Nu system.
