.:Westphalia:. has been jailed for:

Quote:6.1 Every player must have an ID equipped on his or her ship. Players under level 40 might use Civilian IDs
(basic IDs sold on every station), characters who reach level 40 must choose an NPC faction to ally and get
the ID of this faction, or get a generic ID.
Outcast Destroyer, Outcast ID ? That's a given now, Destroyer needs a Guard ID. That one precludes you
from hanging around in house systems like New York, and especially with Kusari guns mounted on it.

Guns removed, Bastilled till we have a word sir.

As a participant in the interaction with this player that has led to this jailing, i figure i should put in my view of what happened.

I(on my [LN] Upholder) engaged the OC Destroyer, .:Westphalia:. when he turned and attack LPI-Woody.Wright[O]'s Liberator. Before i could announce the engagement, or fire my weapons, I lost connection, reconnected, then got back in-game within 30 seconds, or so.

Seeing as .:Westphalia:. was still attacking the lone LPI, i apologized for the D/C, then announced my engagement, and opened fire.

We were shortly joined by Krusa.Corraine, in an Upholder as well, and he jumped into the fight. The OC Destroyer had primarly anti-fighter weapons, so Krusa and I were forced to engage at range, thrusting out to a little beyond 1.7K to get off our SN shots.

The .:Westphalia:. was firing at me, for a majority of the fight, and at several points, i noticed that he had all the sudden closed the distance between myself and him -very- quickly. A quick check in the rear-view showed some very active cruise engines, which were quickly put out by TCDs from Krusa and Woody.

This happened several times (at least 2 times), and the fight ended for me when i had a FPS lag spike, and blew up.

After the fight, while i was restocking(standard thing for me to do before i log off, so i don't forget to buy them later), I saw that .:Westphalia:. began to ooRP in system chat, with rule-lawyering against Krusa and myself, for thrusting up to 2K away from him during our fight, in an effort to avoid the plethora of anti-fighter weapons and Battle Razors.

I unfortunatly do not have screenshots of the cruising to catch up violation, but LPI-Woody.Wright[O] and Krusa.Corraine definitly did see it occur, and attempted to stop it with TCDs.

I do, on the other hand, have screenshots of the ooRP/rule lawyering in system chat, should they be required.
