With the increasing threats in and around Liberty, this is the Terrorist Watchlist. The database will be updated regular and access shared with out friends in the Security Force, the Navy and the Police. Targets on this list are extremely dangerous and should be approached with caution and if possible eliminated. If an agent feels a target requires special attention, contact Director Wolfe with your findings.

• Protorps - Very dangerous and approach with extreme caution. This individual has attacked our forces and civilians on a number of occasions and always seems to evade capture. Do NOT approach alone.
  
• Insurgent Navy - Extremely violent group, known for attacking our forces in large numbers. If spotted, contact the Navy and/or Security Force.
  
• Birdie - Extremely hostile Rogue gunship captain that will attack without mercy.

Vessel "McFuzzy", a Z-8550 "Pitbull" Pirate Train was spotted in the restricted Alaska system.
Information coming from a CI suggests that he might be a smuggler. Agent "Bishop" managed to get within scanner range of him in Alaska but his cargo was currently empty. He would no cooperate and even opened fire on our Agent before making a run towards Omicron Nu.

Agents should always halt this transport and scan it. If our information is correct and he is indeed a smuggler we should consider investing more resources into analyzing how the new Ageira gate towards Nu affects smuggling in Liberty.
