The hull of the ship was delivered to Yukawa, having confirmed with Kishiro their readiness to work on it. Now, it is up to Kishiro how fast the process goes. I assume, re-works would require some assessments and logistics, so perhaps our help will be needed. I hope the projects finishes soon, and I surely will inform you as soon as there is some progress. Until then we have to wait and rely on Kishiro's expertise.

To my regret, it appears Kishiro have run into problems with the ship. Such a development creates difficulties for further exploration of Sigma 63. While "Zuiryu" and allied KNF vessels can steal spearhead the expedition, we need to make sure that the clan can handle all the challenges alone. It is paramount that we find you an appropriate vessel. A cruiser-class vessel will be a challenge and a contact with the KNF will be necessary. Since you have ties to the Navy, I suggest you contact them directly. I will try to inquire with them separately as well. Perhaps, a vessel of the class in question can be leased to us or allocated to assist in our efforts, yet I would not be raising our hopes given how difficult it was to get the vessel renovated by Kishiro approved.
