Deep Space Engineers offers Old Trafford for sale as is. This well crafted facility comes with a shield, competent crew, three storage units and three defence platforms. It is a Core 4 and has room for expansion.
Old Trafford has been outstandingly useful as DSE|'s base of operations in Manchester and was pivotal in fixing the systems trade-lanes and completion of the new trade-lane to Newcastle. The jump-gate is operational and all work signed off. It is currently mothballed and will either need to be dismantled or moved as per the arrangement with HM Bretonian Government.
Please respond to this notification in the first instance indicating your interest, the mount you wish to tender and we can negotiate in private communications.

Thank you for your response. The price has yet to be negotiated. It would be good to know what you are offering. Please be so kind as to send your tender to our main office
I do notice you are intimating that you would like Deep Space Engineers to dismantle, move and reassemble Old Trafford. That would be a considerable cost to add to the purchase price. Perhaps you could also indicate where you would like Old Trafford moved to. Be advised, the further, perhaps more hostile the area, the higher the costs.
