We hope you brought warm clothes with you, because aboard the Svalbard you'll need them. A lot.

Named after the old Earth acrhipelago of the Svalbard, this "Democritus" yacht conjugates the cold and wild scenery of those islands with the secular attention to luxury and leisure Orbital Spa & Cruise grants to her customers.

Orbital's goal is to provide lifelong, unforgettable experiences. Onboard of the Svalbard you'll truly live one of his kind: to mimic the frigid conditions of the old Nordic Countries, and those of who explored them, the ship's on-board temperature is set to a frosty -2° Celsius (26,6° Fahrenheit). Never forget your gloves and your fur coat when you're exploring the common areas of the ship! Don't worry, though: inside your room it's a different story.

When you'll enter, a warm and cozy atmosphere will welcome you. The interior of both first and second class cabins recall the typical mountain chalet of Planet Denver's mountain ranges and Planet Hamburg' Spitzen. Scents of wood, the heath of the fireplace, the warmth embrace of your personal sauna (1st class suites only): your winter vacation will start at the very beginning of your stay onboard of the Svalbard! From intimate, romantic rooms for couple to large suites for enlarged families, the Svalbard provides plenty of options for her clients.

If you feel brave enough, and winter truly runs in your blood, you should consider our "Ice Rooms" accomodations: from floor to ceiling, everyhing, bed and furnitures included, is made from the best and purest ice of Cortez. Live a truly unique experience, just try not to melt it all with your partner!

That's not the only place oboard the Svalbard you'll find ice. During your cruise we invite you to visit the "Iceberg", the coldest cocktail bar of all Orbital's fleet! Try the best cocktail and warmth yourself with the best Vodka the Omegas has to offer! If winter sports are your daily bread, prove yourself against the best winter sports' athlets of Sirius in our simulators! Wear our holo-bands, tighten your harness and ski on the most famous slopes of Sirius's winter resorts!

If, eventually, you want to live an amazingly romantic experience, take your partner for a dance at the "Heavenly", our skating ring located on deck 1: dance, skate and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with your nose pointed up, admiring the celestial vault shining above you and your loved ones with her breathtaking lights.
