Maybe just some kind of recon light fighter. But not for 4.85 and no hurry for it.

Like the SR-71 Blackbird. It surely screams "ENEMY" but the whole purpose of the ship is NOT to fight but to recon, and maybe at the very least intercept because of the CD. So it stats would be like following maybe:

1 class 8 gun
2 class 9 guns
CD
Mine
2 CM

Such stats would make the ship very good at fleeing (Perfect for the Frenchs! j/k) whilst giving it a minimum fighting ability. Ship would be for LN and LSF only. I think Yue has the best design for such ship atm.

Speaking for LSF here. I believe other agencies should have similar class ships, but outfitted very differently.
