Jumping back to the matter in question, I would like to hand over the task of keeping Albany fully stocked and sufficiently supplied to you. I will be expecting to hear from you the payment that you require as well as the potential terms and conditions of our deal, should it interest you.

Dear Otonashi Yuzuru, we would like to apologise in our late response to your communication efforts on behalf of Universal. However we are grateful that you've remained dedicated in your need of supplies to your base, per your previous communique.
We are happy to of course assist the Liberty Police Inc in anyway we can, ensuring our security is our priority and to assist you is to assist and protect Liberty and her interests. This is a win win situation we've got here. However, we're not the cheapest, but as you know - We are the best.
We are happy to forward a contract to Academy's supplies, this comes at a crucial time as our logistical team efforts right now are extremely high and your proposal target can be easily met.
Do note, this contract if approved will require a re-signature every 2 months to ensure cost, and labour prices are at the best we can give with the current climate.
One the contract is agreed upon by yourself, or an authorised representative of LPI, then we will begin work to meet the contract requirements.
You have my apologies for the delay in my response, but the matter wasn't up to me; I had to await for logistics to take care of certain things on Albany before getting back to you. That being said, I am glad that Universal Shipping is interested in a contract to help upkeep Albany.
Upon reviewing the contract you proposed, the Liberty Police agrees on one small condition; we have no need of Luxury Food to be delivered to Albany, that would be extra effort for you and an extra weight on our own credit supplies. We agree to all other terms that USI has proposed.

Thank you for getting back and not to worry about the delay.
I can confirm, per your request, that I've removed luxury food as a contractual item and have amended the contract to include your signature.
This will now officially be passed to our Department of Logistics so deliveries may commence. As payments will be made to our logistical ships on delivery, tracking of supplies will only be provided if requested.
