Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: The opportunity has been presented to me to acquire a Pilgrim Liner. Obviously the ship is no longer qualified for any passengers except its crew, but I see her serving, after minor internal structural modifications, well as a cargo transport and deep space venturer. Whilst she does need a soft touch here and a firmer fixing there, as a Junker, it's in my very core to restore and recycle older ships, rather than see them decay or used for questionable motives.

It is my primary intent for the ship to haul scrap and ores, predominantly cobalt, from and to Liberty space. My intentions are naught but legal and reputable, the majority of which very well economically beneficial to Liberty. At the same time I'd argument that it is in the Liberty governments interests to know the whereabouts of these ships.

The ship has been passed on between zoner and Junker affiliates. I have no knowledge of the ship ever being involved in criminal activities or scandalously involved in the barbaric practice of human cargo. If I were to have suspicion of such involvement, I’d rather see her off for scrapping. It is my firm belief however that this particular vessel carries an unjust reputation and I would see her off to a better and, more importantly, productive fate.

Any expenses related to the license will of course be paid in full and earnest.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Obviously I was under the misconception that the vessel would require a permission for use in Liberty.
