I want to inform the Bretonnian Government that recently I have an unpleasant meeting in New London with two pirate from Gallia I think so since they used ships from Gallia it was gunboat and bomber.

Due to some technical problems we lost our video feed and scanning result so we can provide only text information from our black box.:
