To whom it may concern,

My name is Lily Ward, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Crayter Republic.
The last contact between our two nations to my knowledge was a rather blunt conversation between the leaders of our two militaries. Naturally, between two hardened fighters, it didn't end well, and currently we find ourselves still facing the result of that contact. Today, in the face of a resurgent militarized Gallia, I would like to spearhead an effort to bring an air of peace to our two people.

I'm sure Kusari is well aware, having just exited a war with the Gallic Nation, the threat they still pose to the Taus and all nations and peoples who operate within them. Crayter in particular is still concerned with the incorporation of veterans of the Royal Invasion, war criminals that have the blood of billions on their hands, let alone the return of unmodified 'Valor'-class warships that have trickled back into their arsenal. You may also be aware of the proposal sent by Consul Riley some time ago to establish a defensive treaty against the Gallic Union. It is Crayter's belief, and hopefully yours as well, that a pact such as the one Consul Riley proposed is likely the best method of containing a once more militant-centric Gallia, but it cannot succeed if the members of such pact are still batting eyes at one another.

To that end, Crayter wishes to hold, either over comms or in person, a conference to draft peace between ourselves and Kusari. As our ally within the Taus, we will be sending the same offer to Natio Octavarium to join such a summit, as last I checked they are also in a state of war with your people.
