During one of our patrols in the Frankfurt system it has come to our attention that your station has been illegally constructed within the Hausenfeld.
I direct you to Article 7 of The Laws Of Rheinland.

The observed infractions are the following:

• §7.1. The base is not registered with the government.
  
• §7.4. The base has no designated affiliation, as such it is not compliant with this law and might even be used as a smuggling den.
  
• §7.9. Rheinland Law Enforcements have no docking rights on the station.
