Joker has been sanctioned for:

6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag
not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.

Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to
use Outcast ships and guns.

All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the
course of a player - player combat

IMG Spatial with Outcast weapons ...

They have been removed, and a fine of ten million docked from your bank account. Notification is in your hold.

I thought that unlawfull mercs are allowed to posses outcast weapons. I've seen in it on "Tech use in Sirius" table. I guess I was wrong...

Unlawful Merc ? ... An IMG ship is not exactly unlawful. The fact that they hate the Outcasts may have sounded
the odd alarm bell. The other slight discrepancy in your defence, is the fact that The Outcasts, and all of their
allies are at maximum cherry red to your character ... They ain't going to be handing weps out to you.
