I hope this message finds you in good health and that you enjoyed the gyokuro we send on the way back to Bretonia with you.
As we have agreed on, find the report concerning Barra Anchorage attached below.
Topic: Barra Anchorage
Date: 07.07.827
Author: [redacted]
"Barra Anchorage, former Gallic listening post, later captured by the Crayter Republic. Following the arrival of our troops, a thorough inspection of the entire bases structure was conducted. Informants raised concerns about a possible sabotage act - either by the Gallics and so far undetected by the Crayterians or the Crayterians themselves. In accordance to [redacted] ... the results are the following:
- Repeated malfunctions of the automatic defense systems, both in recovered logbooks and during active operation by us.
- One of the four gravity generators were destroyed by a small precise detonation long before our capture of the station. Assumed cause: Gallic sabotage.
- Two of the three remaining gravity generators, all of Gallic origin, are prone to severe malfunctions. Estimated chance for this being a sabotage act: 96.43%.
- Minor acts of sabotage across the station, reaching from manipulation of automated doors to attempts of creating fire hazards behind at least three wall panels on Deck 2-C.
- One undetonated explosion charge, including equipment to bring the bomb online, were found in maintenance shaft 34, an unmarked shaft hidden behind wall panels. It leads straight to the main reactor. Origin: Gallia.
- Several structural weak points, both within the main structure and the outer hull. Most likely precautious measures by Gallia in order to enable easy destruction of the listening post even if it was captured by hostiles.
Conclusion:
Barra Anchorage is unsafe for operation within Naval Forces - or any other Military's - standard parameters.
Suggestion:
Dismantle the installation after it served its purpose during our campaign. Construct a new installation at a more strategical position. "
Addition by Toshinori Kojirou, Minister of Foreign Affairs:
Proposal to the Crayter Republic is to dismantle Barra Anchorage and construct them an installation 10 standard clicks away from the Holman Junction. The costs involved will be carried to 90% by the Crayter Republic.

By God, sir! If it is so, you must get your people out of there immediately, not... negotiate! I will relay this to the Foreign Office post haste, This must be resolved as soon as possible, because according to your information, Barra is a threat to the whole junction! Farewell, sir, and let's hope for the best. And thank you for the tea, but can you please reroute it, if it's not too much to ask? I'm meant to return to the Bretonian Embassy on New Tokyo as soon as I'm done with my business on New London. Make it a donation to the staff, if you wouldn't mind, I'm sure they'll enjoy it.
