Mr. Jurgenson asked me to await your organisations call. I've been told you could use assistance in taking down a modular station located in the Seiran Dust Cloud at the Kyushu System. Although your organisation has limited capital ship equipment, I understand the Blood Dragons and the Outcasts plan to bring considerable battleship support in destroying the station.
I have eleven Siege Turrets which we can supply you with, as a loan, at no cost. If any of the siege turrets are destroyed in battle, then I will expect an 800 million credit per destroyed siege turret to be sent to my bank accounts as compensation. I also expect the siege turrets to be returned within 14-days time (17 May 828 A.S.).

Those terms are acceptable and we accept the risks associated. We do wish to know one thing though. What is there in it for you and your organisation? We seem to have no history of previous contacts with you. Benefactors with offers like these and with no costs attached do raise suspicions.
I am a Libertonian, and a patriot. I spent the better part of the past decade helping my government put down the Gallic threat. Countless Libertonian soldiers have been killed fighting in Bretonia, the independent worlds and California. We did this to keep the Bretonians independent and prevent Gallia from ruling over Sirius as its hegemon.
For this, Liberty has become weak. Our Navy is not what it once was. Our geopolitical position, and our national security capabilities, have significantly weakened, only so that other Houses may remain independent from Gallia.
As a former intelligence officer, I felt my House needed to take immediate action to re-secure our position. As far as I'm concerned, anything that's bad for the other houses, is good for Liberty. The destruction of modular bases outside of Liberty, will, I hope, attract more investors into Liberty's economy instead, making us more economically competitive, and helping my House recover.
I know my reasons are confrontational, which is why I speak to you as a private citizen and not a representative of Liberty's government because they would throw me in a prison for sponsoring terrorism abroad. I know you may not agree to my reasons either. But here we are, with the same enemy. We may as well be friends, at least for now.
