Kano is stubborn, passionate, and loyal. Her stubborn charisma works to her advantage as a fighter, while at the same time working against her temper if someone were to offend her. Passion for flying, and being a member of the Blood Dragons lets her emotions weed into her brain a bit too much from time to time. At the end of the day though, her loyalty to the Shogun and her family has kept her in line.

Kano loves to keep her duty and personal life as polar as possible. Underway, she won't talk unless she feels the need to speak. She won't fight unless she feels the need to fight, or someone manages to get underneath her skin with carefully placed words. Off-duty though, Kano loves to socialize, party, and sometimes get into fights if the mood swing hits.

Kano has the same training as any other Blood Dragon, though she's yet to truly distinguish herself from the collective. While she certainly has the charisma to be a great fighter, she lacks the overall experience. Kano's training comes into play at its best when she approaches any sort of potentially "violent" situation on duty. She won't pick fights she knows she cannot win, and she won't ever underestimate her opponent.

Ubukata Tsuya: Being one of the first Dragons to join the Shogun's new collective. Kano has certainly won the eye of the Shogun through several small victories on the fronts of Hokkaido and Kyushu.

History -- Origins

Kano was born in Kyoto as the last and only child of the Kamiyama family, a pureblood line dating back to the origins of the original Blood Dragon collective. Kano's parents held her to the same standard they were held to: to embody the Blood Dragon's culture in all its forms - strengths and weaknesses included. Kano was a competitive child with a stubborn sense of loyalty to her family and the Blood Dragons. She never broke the rules, but did push them to their very limits with other students in schools and eventually - combat training. Kano was confident, but smart, eventually learning to not let her emotions get in her own way.

Kano graduated from training in the upper ranks of her class, and began flying small patrol routes at the age of 24. After two years, the Rose Dragon collective was founded as a direct service to the Shogun within the Blood Dragons. Kano applied and was accepted into the Rose Dragons, currently serving at the rank of Byakko.
