Recently a freelancer group, D9, have been openly flying in Liberty on unlicensed Guardian Liberty Navy vessels, telling everyone they meet they are agents of the LSF.
When questioned, they invoke the name of Liberty Inteligence Agency as the ones that can confirm such claims. However, your own agent, Kaiju, has not been briefed at all about this and knows nothing of the group. Your name was then mentioned specifically as the one who can guarantee that the group is indeed a Liberty Security Force agency. As your codename is being flung around - please confirm that you can personally vouch for the group being part of the LSF, working with your mandate. We have deep respect for the Liberty Inteligence Agency and yourself of course, we will respect your judgement and we don't want your name sullied.
It goes without saying that the fate of D9 is in your hands. Without your express confirmation and vouching for the group we will address their breaches of Liberty laws 4.1 and 10.1, and the 46th' Strike Force division will be ordered to fine, arrest and/or escort out of Liberty any D9 vessels claiming to be part of any branch of the Liberty Forces, and will confiscate any unlicensed Liberty technology from their hands.
I am including my direct superior Admiral into this communication - it is not just units under my command that will go by your judgement, but the entire 46th Fleet if Admiral Black so decides.
