It has been a while, but it appears I bring again some inquiries. For our little fleet build up program for "Project Juutilainen", we already said, that there will be need for a mobile HQ for our assets and a place to bring under our fighter wings, for this we made deals with another corporate and eventually aquired a Bustard-class civilian carrier.
The carrier seems to be a bit "dusty", as it was left mothballed for quite some time and is in need of inspections and several repairments. For this we would like to ask if we may use the facilites Alabama Shipyard has to offer to perform the maintenance tasks. Obviousely the Sampo Foundation will take over any costs and bring the ressources and maintenance crew on our own to perform the works and we also would like to inquire, if it is even allowed around Core space to fly such vessels, we promise of course only to use the vessel to support your cause in the current expeditionary fleet program.
The carrier is currently stationed on Aland Shipyard, if you have connections there, we would be also ready to perform maintenance for the vessel there instead.

Additional Note: We heard about certain structural changes and turmoil among The Core as of recently. We would like to inquire how this affects current regulations and relations between our two organizations and if there could be something done to benefit all parties involved. We would also like to inform that the Sisu Jaegers won't support any plans involving conflicts against any house forces and we would only continue in supporting Core's ambitions in containing alien and terrorist forces.

Please excuse our delay, going through the whole process is taking a toll on all of us.
Any and all deals signed in the past are still valid, because APM made these deals with Sisu. However to your request I would be quite skeptical, because Alabama always runs at the top of its capacity, more so the laws are set and the behaviour from other elements and individuals bearing The Core identification is very questionable and I can't guarantee they won't try to exploit the laws against anyone.
However if you still desire to lend one of the drydocks, I will see how fast it can be arranged.

We are glad for an answer from you. Apparently one of our backup plans to moor the carrier at Aland Shipyard sadly won't be available for now, because of recent unfortunate developments. So we have to reach out to yours. Apologies if this is in times of inconveniences, but if things could be arranged we would look forward if something could be done, our vessels from Sampo will take all logisticial expenditures of course, we would only need a dry dock. In the end we hope it will prove beneficial for all parties involved after all with us getting a mobile HQ to hold our fighter squadrons.
