Hello, everyone. This is Jason Smith reporting live outside the headquarters of the Sirus Federation here on Cambridge. The entire building is abuzz about the unidentified ship that apparently appeared in orbit with a welcoming message for the SF.. Medical supplies and aid. It would appear that the Hero of Newcastle, Jonathan Pryde, is indeed alive and well, as well as his Battlestar Kerberos.
Shortly after arrival, a lone Wriath ship attempted to attack the SF Battleship Magnificient with help from a Phantom member. The Kerberos entered the fray but both fighters got out quite a bit of damage as well as damaging the Magnificent, but not enough to put her out of commission.
After that fight, Pryde had this to say to the Phantom Empire:
As you are well aware, the Nomads attempted to ambush me and my ship. That failed.
Your attempts to turn Kristy Pryde into our worst nightmare failed.
Your plans for the Sirus sector WILL fail.
Dalamar, Send this message to DarkStar.
I will not rest till the Phantom Empire is destroyed. The Nomads and their allies will be destroyed. it is only a matter of time.
I defeated Sephiroth. I will defeat you, Darkstar. I am coming for you.
There are more details forthcoming, but it's now official.
That mysterious battlestar was indeed the Kerberos, home of the Hero of Newcastle, Jonathan Pryde. The Sith Lord is back, and gunning for the Phantom Empire!

Phantoms have been operating with impunity for too long now. Time to spice up their lives and give them some action, and a run for their money.
OOC: I've grown tired of that "hit and run" tactic. It's time to show you that if you want to terrorize the universe, you will have to be hell of good to avoid falling in the try. Although I'm sure you will survive this, as it is not a good idea to kill the best RP faction in server, and the only one that makes things more interesting around.
After all, the AW are supposed to be at war with phantoms. Its senseless that we don't even attack you people 'cept when you enter Theta. So its time to retaliate.

*Dear Boggled: That's no great secret, sir. ELF vessels always carry a supply of "C'Tan Treats"! (They're actually packets of doggie biscuits we acquired along with a sentient canine recruit, but the Phantoms love em.)*
*It also helps that the ELF modus operandi is so confusing to the Phantoms that they're not certain about our "humanity". By the time they've consumed the treats and tried to muddle the humanity issue through, we've "hi'ed to Kolob".*
