Greetings, Colonel,
I believe no introduction is necessary, as I expect Commodore Juliette has already informed you and the rest of the Division about us and our goals.
The reason I send this communication is to arrange a meeting between us to dicuss the future of operations within the areas surrounding Liberty and Bretonia, as well as directly inside controlled territory of the two Houses. As recent times have proved to be troublesome, it would be best to meet somewhere far away from the prying eyes of any other House organizations.
I will leave the decision to you. When the location of the meeting has been chosen, direct the exact coordinates and system over this channel.
That will be all.

Greetings Vice Admiral.
I was surprised how far young lights have injected. And I would like to have a personal conversation with you but myself I cannot leave the Wyoming at the moment. No need to rush with upset. There's still exist optional way both of us have a successful established converstation without complications. I am pretty much aware that visiting Wyoming is really dangerous for you and your undercover true goals. So I will order Division's communication assets to be establish the 'Real time' connection with Wyoming, but there's still some restrictions exists. You can meet our Communication asset only within coating zone, there's only two possible systems we can establish communication: Cortez and Tau-29. Choose systems you are easier to reach. Awaiting for answer.

Colonel,
As of the current time, the system of Cortez is much easily accessible and has quick access both to Liberty and Bretonia. Cortez is, as well, an excellent place as not many patrols wings venture so far. As my battlecruiser is currently stationed in Manchester, we will move to the Cortez system and send a fighter wing to meet up with your communication assets.
This should be sufficient information - I hope we will talk soon enough over a direct line of communication.
