ADMIN NOTICE: Player Sanctioned and Warned

Jyrkz is being sanctioned and warned due to a report posted on March 31 for:

6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.

Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to use Outcast ships and guns.

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

Sanction/Warning:

6.24 Sanctions for violating ID rules and RP engagement rules are: credit/equipment fine, placing inside the prison system, ban for up to 30 days. Player may be warned for using inappropriate ID for a short period of time, and sanctions will not apply if the ID status will be fixed as soon as possible by the player him/herself.

For flying an LPI-tagged, Chimaera with Kraken IIs (and hostile to the Outcasts) you are being sanctioned your Krakens and 4507673 credits. You've also lost your LPI tag, and will now be in Kusari to get a more fitting weapon set.

For engaging a player without previous RP, warning, or reason you are being WARNED. Watch your targets. It is a warning this time since you may have opened fire on what you thought was an NPC. Be more careful in the future.
