We need people dead. Who do we need dead? Any Gallic Union corporation hauling food to Lorraine.

Maquisards
Hit any Gallic food hauler, preferrably in Burgundy before they reach Lorraine, capture or destroy their cargo. Make an explosive example out of anyone who dares to supply Lorraine on behalf of the Union. Threaten their families, capture civilian vessels, disguise them as gallic corporations and load them with explosives, blow up everyone who dares to pickup food heading from the Union to Lorraine.

Corsicans
Now I am not sure if the rumors are true. We have seen many drifting emptied Corporation wrecks floating lifelessly in far flung places - it wasn't us, it wasn't the Brigands, so hey - it kinda leaves me to suspect you've had something to do with it. If the rumors are true now would be the good time to make Gallic Corporations dissapear. Why bother you ask? Well we are trying to make Lorraine Independent from the Union. Who would be the greatest beneficiary? You guessed it - we have little ambition to govern, personally, I don't exactly like the noble kissing people of Lorraine anyways - your power in the system and freedom for smuggling would grow exponentially.

Brigands
Do your thing friends, just do it more in Lorraine and Burgundy. We will pay you extra.

Lorraine itself
Harass the Union there, de-stabilise the system by targetting their combat vessels, and other targets and be rewarded handsomely.

Plans
All this will lead to a massive strike on Lorraine several weeks or a few months from now, we are just preparing the ground for it right now. Maybe you will want to take part in it as well when the time comes.
