I have recently been in contact with a representative from your government, Mr. Riordan. We have completed the delivery of some Industrial Materials to Sabah Shipyard. The hands at the dry dock showed myself and my pilots a good deal of hospitality and respect. I admired their workmanship.
To business, then. As you are aware, Constellation Express is the new supply company in Sirius. We are currently establishing our headquarters and are in need of specialized assistance. The shell of the structure is in place and localized construction firms have assisted in making it livable. However, the more intricate workings of the structure requires specialized workers.
This is where we require your assistance. Libertonian and Bretonian corporations have remained silent to our requests for private correspondance. Leave it to an 'outsider' government to heed our calls.
An agreement can be made. Your shipyards are in need of material. We are in need of specialized workers. Is the Crayter Republic interested in negotiating terms for mutual benefit?
I am Lily Ward, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Crayter Republic.
Minister Riordan has confirmed your company's assistance with the Republic's latest supply order, which builds more bridges than you may be aware. It's interesting that the House corporations have not returned your requests, but is an opportunity nonetheless.
Crayter's home-based construction firm Hephaestus Construction Ltd. can offer what you need to handle the intricacies that basic parties cannot. Crayter would be interested in assigning Hephaestus to this task so long as Constellation Express continues to support the Republic's supply order, with a 5% reduction in payout for services rendered. This is assuming that the supplies for the construction of your installation's more intricate systems will be supplied on-site. If this isn't the case, then payment reduction may need to be reduced up to 10% for the cost of supplies depending on the needed work done. That, however, is a task that will fall on Hephaestus' assigned construction manager on-site.
This is, of course, fully negotiable, and I will look forward to your response.
In service to the Republic.
Lily Ward
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Crayter Republic
I'm ecstatic to have read your reply. It behooves me that local Bretonian and Liberty corporations have not responded to my private correspondence on this matter. Regardless, after briefly touring Sabah Shipyard during my shipment a week ago, I am confident in your people's abilities to perform the task at hand.
The main facility and most of the critical infrastructure is in place and performing optimally. We do have issues with our defense grid not targeting correctly. Our shield generator shorted out a few times during weapons testing. The exterior hull plating requires anti-radiation coatings applied. We do have various other odds and ends needing accomplished, or re-accomplished. There is only so much localized construction companies can do!
All necessary supplies are in place. However, in favor of strengthening bonds between your government and our organization, I'd like to go ahead and apply the 10% reduction in shipment price for Constellation Express to Sabah Shipyard. Constellation Express will still be generating a profit by completing these runs. The rebuilding of your fleet will also be an additional benefit to our convoys as we traverse Crayter Republic sectors.
I do believe we can reference this communication as an official handshake of terms. However, if you require a contract signing, I can have my administration team draft a contract immediately. In the meantime, due to administrative issues within Constellation Express, we will be delayed with some shipments to Sabah Shipyard. This is only temporary, further information will be sent privately. Thereafter, we will gladly demonstrate our supply capabilities in hopes of motivating further positive relations between our two great organizations!
