I bid you good day. I am marquess Shimamori Masahito of Nakashibetsu from Honshu. I have had a pleasant meeting with one of your vessels in the system of Rishiri, or Tau-53 as it is commonly known outside of Kusari. Throughout the conversation I was made aware that MGE is a "nomadic" organisation spending a lot of time exploring new systems in the course of mining and other operations, and would not mind doing exploratory job for the third parties.
I am reaching out to you today with a business proposal. If during your exploration endeavours you map a system in proximity or direct connection to Kusari space with potentially habitable planets and/or valuable resources, my clan would be ready to pay generously for your discoveries on condition that the Empire of Kusari may proceed claiming the system. Since you favour the nomadic way of life one of your people so romantically described, I suppose it should not be an issue for you to assist us, sedentary people, in finding another place to dwell on in the vastness of space. Needless to say, doing so would improve your standing greatly within the Reformed Empire.
If you are interested, please let me know and consider this offer an open contract. If you want to discuss a particular reward for the job done, I would be happy to oblige.
May the brightest sun light your way home! (I hope I am using your words correctly and forgive me if I am not)

A thousand suns light your path, talraaman Shimamori.
We are most glad to hear from you again, and in the case of my dear sister - with whom I consign this message to the Net, as we ever do - to make your acquaintance.
Indeed, the vessel you had met in Rishiri was Aldebaran the one who follows, our Forgeship (though differently named at the time), and it was helmed by my dear brother Eliyah as I was otherwise preoccupied with our flagship elsewhere - in an exploratory flight in fact, as fortune would have it.
We confirm all we have said, regarding our kith and its ways as well as our activities, and as such your proposal falls upon receptive ears.
As you say it would be well within our capabilities to assist in such a fashion, though we hasten to clarify our work is done primarily for the sake of our own rather than that of empires, nations or houses - ordinarily such a proposal would be accepted in a much more limited scope, but in light of our conversation and the similarity of our views on many a subject, we feel compelled to consider a more thorough cooperation. We would see your kith, or clan as you name it, prosper and in turn enlighten your peers.
Consider us officially interested, then.
It is too early to speak of rewards, we believe, as we have little to present as of yet - we may well speak of how would we aid each other's endeavours, however, and how will we probe the voids.
A thought occurs, as we write - perhaps, if it is within your power, a sort of 'sponsorship' for our group could prove beneficial, as our errantry could elicit suspicion from the authorities.
At any rate, talraaman Shimamori, we shall eagerly await your reply - and fear not, no forgiveness will be necessary, for the spirit of the word was spoken correctly.
We would reciprocate the courtesy, if you would share a suitably respectful formula.
In the meantime, with apologies for the likely errors in transcription, ki wo tsukete kudasai - and may the brightest sun light the way home.
