Admin Notice, player sanctioned and banned

3.2 Flaming, threats and insulting (in any form) other members, factions, server administrators in chat, public
or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

Sanction: no less than 14-day ban.

For a start, you admit to trying to blackmail another player by asking for twenty million credits so as you won't post a sanction report ...
You have been extraordinarily rude to players in game, and to another administrator in PMs ...
You actually seem to have little understanding for the rules, interpreting them as you see fit, in your favour.

Your trader has been stripped, and your are going to spend fourteen days off the server to read the rules,
and to adjust your attitude. Your behaviour here is not acceptable currently.

I have all the proofs for what really has been going on so dont worrie aboute that.

Are you serious ? by posting this bs just proves you been digging as far as you can in on me to get me on something , what kinda admining is this , shame on YOU!

And on the other hand , those retards who re-engaged me and my friends 5 times in a row NEVER got a sanction from the same report, but now you dig it up to punish me thats just so god damn pathetic i have no words for it.

I actually was trying to be NICE to this newb and i personaly told him what rules he was breaking and let him go since it was a first time offence agaist me and due to the fact that if a person re-engages 5 times a row it prooves hes a complete newb and never read the rules.

Yeah i cut him a slack untill the next day he engaged me again then i reported it , and now you SANCTION me for beeing generous to this person in the first place, 1 word MENTAL!

3. And to another administrator in pm :

This is what happend , i discovered my nomad carr was jailed , there was no sanction reports aboute it no pm's no warnings no explinations NO NOTHING explained to me aboute this!

I spoke to several admins online on the server aboute it but they dident know why either so i had to personally take the steps to PM an admin here on the forum and ask him what the hell was going on witch was VIRUS.

I sendt him a pm asking what happend to my carr and why it was banned and here is what he replied :


From Virus :

(Your ship, Nomad.Raus, has been jailed because you have over 24 hours on a ship with a recruit ID, not to mention Liberty and pirate tech at the same time. I expect you'll see a sanction report posted shortly.

Don't use the violation report section to talk to admins.)



My reply to him :

Oh yeah ? never knew there was any rules for that.

By the way i have only been on the Recruit ID for a few minutes , those hours are from when we only had the other ID's and i was using the Sivilian ID for 25 hrs on it.

The keepers knows well who i am and i been in several battles with them and speaking to them in their group mode.

And what are you talking aboute when you say Liberty and pirate tech ?

Are there any limitations to how manny carracters i can have ..? I thought there was a rule where your not allowed to have more then 3 Faction carracters at once or is it two ?

But im not in any faction on any of my carracters , im just regulary affiliated to Liberty Navy on one account and Corsais/outcast on the anothers.

Im not in any RP faction on either of those accounts, and if thats not the case here pleace expalin what rules i broke beacuse i cant understand it.

I know people who have 10 or more diffrent RP clan accounts all over , as well as some of the nomad keepers they are in [LN] as well or other factions.

Anyways just explain me the rules i been braking and dont be so god damn strict on people, im just here to play the fkn game ... i follow all the rules as good as i can and if i break any its because i never knew aboute them.

I do alot of this server , i report bugs i teach other players rules all the time , i do alot of **** , i gave away over 300 million to people i dont even know just to help them get started here, and what the hell do i get back ? A bad damn additude and sanction threaths for breaking a tiny rule i never knew aboute jesus christ.

And whats really up with the additude ? "youll be seeing a sanction report" , people who get a damn powertrip by beeing admin on a forum needs serious help ... hope your not one of those people for your own sake.

Omg dude , i havent used that Nomad carr since the new mod , i been trading and using other accounts, and as i told you i never knew aboute the new ID you guys made for the nomad ships , i can go get it right away if you just RELEASE ME , fks sake...

And the RULES SAY and are explained here on the forum that if you want to be a nomad the only ID you ALLOWED to use is the SIVILIAN ID

And thats what i been doing on those 25 HRS before the new MOD

You been an admin this long and have so manny posts on this forum i find it exstremly strange you cant handle a situation like this propperly and falsely accuse me of breaking rules , those guns you are rights aboute , and i never knew that rule either , i thought it was ok since not one person ever mentioned anything to me aboute those guns , either keepers nor other players , i even shown my self for diffrent admins manny times on the server.

If you want proof of the rules i been following i can send you a link to the rule in the forum conserning only to use the SIVILIAN id on the nomad fighter.

If an admin cant handle a explination back from me showing where hes wrong and a normal reaction from me by beeing wronged , then people should be considered as admins yet again , thats my honoust appinion and why i told him i was shocked by how he handled this situation.

Whatever hes beeing telling you after that you should mesure up with what i shown you here cus this is the truth and there is nothing wrong here , i admited to the guns and kindly asked him two times to release the carr so i could take care of the problems on the ship.

It would have taken me 10 minutes to fix it instead i get all this bull**** on my head , its verry wrong and not fair and this sanction should be removed asap due to missinterpritations or whatever you wanna call this farse.

That would be the bad attitude and rudeness he may be referring to and the lack of civility towards Admins. Oh, and swearing... Notice how the forum filtered it for you? If you posted the full conversation, you would notice it did that at least four times.
I don't think I need to bring out screen shots from reports against you, and ones you've filed.


Now, I did report you. I did not do anything to get you sanctioned apart from that. I posted everything I saw you do wrong, and let the other admins look at it. Never post a sanction you are personally involved in, that's what I do. I posted my side of the story, my screen shots, that PM conversation (which you didn't get permission to post publicly, and did not post the complete copy). If I did lie, I would not have had proof to back up my accusations. Of course, I did. If not, I would not have posted it.

If you want to know WHY I reported you, it's simple; excessive OOC, rule lawyering, and being just downright rude to me and the other RM folks that were with me.

As for making Hoodlum harass you, I don't think I've even spoken to him in... Oh, quite a few days now.

On a side note; those people you reported where already banned. That's why there was no sanction.

Ok mate , i just wrote a Huge 3 page report replying to this post but i wiped it all out again , its not worth all the drama. :smile2:

Removing my 48 mill armour and 25 mill thruster btw i cant except , im not gona lose over 75 mill on this thing , im sure you can understand that's not a fair punishment at all.

And all the time i needed to read the rules was 2 days , im not illiterate and need 14 days to do that thank you.

SOLiDWING, I thought I'd just pitch in here with my opinion on this, and it's one I think you'd do best to listen to.

We had a discussion in gam some time ago when I was on my trader. I belive it was the first and only time we have ever spoken. Your first words to me were not exactly the most polite, nor the most tolerant. I found that to be disocncerting, and have been keeping an eye on you since.

You have shown me repeatedly in that time that you have little respect for (and now for the list) the rules, other players, roleplay, anyone who diagrees with you... the list could go on for some time.

Now my advice to you is to take this on the chin, like an adult, and get over it. You did mess up whether you like it or not. I dislike it when people get angry, any people, at any time. I suggest you curb your fury a little or I'll be getting rather frustrated.

Im sure you remember the content of our in game chat, and perhaps the gist of what I was saying passed you by. But here it is in a very direct form.

You have yet to earn our respect. Shouting about injustice when you're the one in the wrong is not the way to gain it. To gain my respect I expect to see tolerant, polite, and respectful words coming from your mouth at all times, to everyone.

Listen to this advice and we'll have no further issues with your attitude. Don't listen and you'll find yourself in a place you really don't want to be.
