Forgive me for being surprised, an ex-Ageira Technologies employee has interest in flying under the Starfliers. I am sure that your experience in such a well regarded and highly reputable corporation will help us establish new processes and ideas. Especially so since you have mentioned your work relating to compiling risk assessment reports. These in particular could serve our cartography pilots well. Welcome aboard, James. Do come to the Inverness System when you are next available, our onboarding teams have already been notified to expect you,

Hmm, your description of a Collapsed Jump Hole would lead me to respond a certain way, however it may mean you excel in other areas that are unknown to me. The application does include an element of strong work ethic and drive, these of which we do need within the Starfliers. Perhaps our transport division will suit you nicely, but only time will tell once we get you through induction. Please make your way to Barrier Gate Station A within the Coronado System to start the onboarding process.

How do you know about us? As a medical scientist the name was mentioned to me more than once. Being a Freelancer is only able to keep me afloat but keeping me from drowning isn't really called living isn't it.
Why would you like to join the Starfliers? Being part of a group would be preferred.
Do you have any relevant work history? Only in medical field and a bit of mineral research.
How would you describe a Collapsed Jump Hole? A disconnected or collapsed Tunnel.
Do you have any interest in Space Racing? Not really as of now.

What interests you about the Starfliers? Researchers, Scientists those are sci-fi fantasy stuff. We should have more of that.
Have you ever been sanctioned and / or banned? Not that I know of.
This is a roleplay-focused faction with a significant forum presence. Are you okay making in-roleplay forum posts? Sure, I am already writing some here and there.
If accepted, do you acknowledge that the Starfliers play with more restrictions than the Freelancer ID? Talked with the Boss, no issues from my end.

I believe you may be the first to come from a Medical background. It is of great importance to ensure our pilots are in good health. Your description of a collapsed hole is adequate, however you will learn that there is much more to these closed wormholes than it's name alone. There are a handful of departments that may have use of your medical talents. We will not know until you are in the same room, working alongside the teams.

How do you know about us? Meet one of yours on a station in Liberty, we had a chat, you seem to be decent people.
Why would you like to join the Starfliers? Bluntly put - I fly things bigger than "Snub-craft" from Freighters to Transports, and I need a new employment.
Do you have any relevant work history? Not in science, 20 years without any accident in transporting, collection of ressources in space using "array technology" and piloting.
How would you describe a Collapsed Jump Hole? A hazard, systems don't scream in your face for nothing.
Do you have any interest in Space Racing? That is for the young to have, wouldn't mind betting using personal funds.

Omitted the OORP stuff - this is a second character.
Transportation of goods is crucial in our line of work. We will be unable to go anywhere or perform our tasks and duties without hardworking individuals earning those same funds. You may absorb some information about the scientific nature of our assignments, this won't only benefit you, but all of us as a whole. We will need pilots like you to make sure we remain financially afloat.

Why would you like to join the Starfliers?
Humankind always tried to understand the workings of Nature. It is only naturally to explore the vastness of Sirius further. I reckon we've only scratched the surface of what's really out there. And I want to be there when we find whatever is waiting for us. The von Rosens have always been a Spacefaring Family. We originate from Baden Baden in Rheinland.
How do you know about us? If you were referred, specify whom.
I've worked with Orbital Spa and Cruise before I got my hands on my own ship. They regularly flew to Freeport Monte Carlo in Gallia.... I've heard rumors only, really. But I wanted to see for myself if any of them proved true. Shortly after, I stumbled across your Communication Details in the Interstellar subnet.
Do you have any relevant work history?
As I said, I've worked with OS&C before. I've commandeered Regent Class vessels and larger liners like the Enterprise. I regularly flew with their supply fleet too, hauling necessary Materials to their bases all over Sirius. I've been with their Deep-Space fleet for quite a while. Since many Scientists make their way to Freeport 11 nowadays, you learn interesting new things on each trip.
Do you have any interest in Space Racing?
I'd consider myself a Decent Pilot, never raced before. But the Idea is very Intriguing.
How would you describe a Collapsed Jump Hole?
An Einstein-Rosen Bridge that lost it's stability? I guess one could say the Tunnle that once connected two jumpholes couldn't withstand it's own gravitational pull. It Decays, unless artificially stabelized.
// What interests you about the Starfliers?
The Idea of true neutrality within a war-torn Sirius Sector to benefit all of Humankind by researching and venturing deeper into space. To Boldly go where no one has gone before.
// Have you played the Freelancer vanilla campaign?
Yes, multiple times
// Have you ever been sanctioned and / or banned?
I do believe I once was warned due to Meta-gaming back in...2016 I think. I had posted a Bounty for a smuggler and claimed it myself

Spa & Cruise know a lot about what we do, it is unsurprising that you had learned of us via their own staff.
Trips into deep space is our primary goal. Charting, recording, noting down any and all natural occurrences. It may even include making a supply run to our vessels to enable longer expeditions. Reading your application gives me certainty that you are a curious person, and the scientific community welcomes more of it.
