Still in New York, per your request. A normal Gallic tourist, si. Nobody really expects me to be Gallic, no one knows I am. One of the many gifts bestowed upon us Corsicans, albeit the accent raises some eyebrows, not by its similarity to the Gallic's, but due to its rareness -- Anyway, here's my report.

Today, a big operation by the Liberty Navy occured. An incursion by our dear friends, the Outcasts, deep inside the Libertonian territory. The Libertonians were too numerous, offering too little windows to strike, unfortunately, and were hermetic to communications.

They were obliterated, naturally. The Libertonians are no joke, albeit their conversation post-combat was laughable. One of the Liberty's commander called me Gallic scum, her probable superior put her back in place. Couldn't help but to record the audio. I know that I'll listen to that, next time I'll feel down.

Audio recordings

I suggest the Squadron to continue monitoring Outcast activity in Liberty. They seem very hungry for Liberty. A potential source of income, albeit this may be impeded by the Liberty government. I also doubt of the Nox distribution viability as of right now, but a gradual introduction might make this change.

Meanwhile, I'll be here. Wait for my next transmission.

I have received your first supply mission. A Courier is something I haven't seen in a long time. It has all been stored away in my apartment on Manhattan, and the Oil, stored in the landing pads facilities, courtesy of Manhattan's administration. Thanks for the Holo-Tainment Bands, too, although, no Wine this time. Too bad. Please add that to next time delivery, alongside unmarked ammunition for my bomber.

The Impermeable will also ship something produced by the Libertonian, Stabiline. We've known about it for a long time but we haven't been able to get our hands on it before. One hundred units will come to Provence in the near future. Maybe the minds in Monaco Base will know what to do with that.

Not sure how the Outcasts are linked to the Aliens, but appears the aliens are linked to Gallia, and they are extremely hostile. Sirus will be a tough nut to crack and spread our drug empire in. Bizzare ships, Aliens controlling humans.

At least Charles Simon managed to obliterate one of the creatures!
