Somehow we were expecting that, even more after the communication from your government. Sincerely we don’t care about your claims, we have more important things to worry about, and mining don’t interest us. But there is a thing that I would like to say … I don’t know if you saw this message, , but around our base, Lanzarote, and our planet, Gran Canaria, we have a claim of 10k of space. Usually we call NFZ, No Fire Zone. We don’t care what you do on the system, you can even build bases ... we don’t care! Like I said we have more important things to worry about, but this NFZ is important. We noticed that your pilots use Gran Vista Orbital for supply, and certainly your pilots already noticed that the distance from that base to Gran Canaria, is way less than 10K. Despite that base is own by the Core, that base was ours, and was stolen from Bretonia from us when they invaded Gran Canaria. Anyway … what we ask is please tell your pilots to respect our laws, like you want us to respect yours.
Again we welcome you to Omega 49 … I mean ... Omega 48, and we wish you safe patrols.

On behalf of the Rheinland Military I am offering the following:
The Primary and Secondary fleet vessels of Rheinland Military will be instructed to respect the Zoner No Fire Zone and will treat the faction with cordial neutrality in the system.
We are ready to provide compensation for any incurred expenses as a result of mooring points and infrastructure wear and tear caused by the vessels under our command.
What do we want in return? Official confirmation of mooring and resupply privileges for vessels of our primary and secondary fleets, MND and all Rheinland corporations.
Please confirm if the terms are acceptable.

I thank you for your reply. We require nothing. Gran Canaria is going thru a climate ... let’s say bad moment. Also when the bretonians left, they stole what they could and destroyed what they could not take, so our infrastructures don’t have a huge capacity, your pilots can even confirm that we don’t even have a docking ring. Not only that, many of us are leaving for new places, while the others that are staying, are preparing for the dramatic climate changes that already are happening. All this together makes the only viable spaceport, the Port Canaria Spaceport, to be full. We really ask you to do not land your capital ships, unless on an emergency, on our planet because we simply do not have free infrastructures capable to service ships of that size. We really apologize for that, it is not that we don’t want, is really, as your pilots can see, we simply can’t. Many of our cities are practically abandoned, and even our capital, Port Canaria, still have problems that we still haven’t solve after the sack that Bretonia did. We really ask that you use Gran Vista Orbital, and if necessary, our Lanzarote base, in case your pilots don’t know the location is 2 B/C next to planet Fuerteventura. We do not require more than of that we said, we are simple people, and even many of us have Rheinland origins, and some even returned to Rheinland, after the Bretonia invasion.

Understood,
To not threaten your infrastructure our Capital Vessels will be instructed to moor with Grand Vista Orbital, our negotiations with Core's logistical division are ongoing but I don't expect any issues.
This means our capital vessels will be mooring with a Core base, whilst being in your No Fire Zone. The [RM] forces on the scene will ask of their own vessels and the secondary fleet the following: Fully respect the No Fire Zone Around Grand Canaria with the following caveat:
- Factions that are classified as enemies of both the Core and Rheinland will be asked to depart the area, and should they refuse to leave the perimeter around Grand Vista Orbital after sufficient warnings they will be repelled. The non-exlusive list includes: The Coalition, The Corsairs, The Mollys and Red Hessians.
I am considering this matter resolved with this compromise, thank you for contacting the Rheinland Militär.
