Esteemed Command of Kampfgruppe Helgoland,
I will start this communication by introducing myself. I am Brigadegeneral Leon Moritz of the Kampfgruppe Kolleda, the well-known unit that has faced and passed succesfully many daring tasks in the past. We have observed your return and operations following it with much attention - the way our groups perform is very similar if not the same, and as such, after discussions with the rest of Kolleda's Command, we have opened this communication channel to propose an offer.
Join forces with us in the many future missions we will receive and help protect our House. Rheinland's people have put their hopes in us - we must prove them the Rheinwehr is a force that matches other House Fleets and bandits alike on the field. Let us know what you think of this offer.
First and foremost I would like to point out that this transmission comes as a surprise to me and the current hierarchy of Battlegroup Helgoland. It hasn't occurred so far that a Rheinland Military Battlegroup wants another from the M.N.D to join. I am sure you know the implications regarding the paperwork required to pull such an act. I would giddy with anticipation had I not realized I would be the one having to hand out a pretty solid reason towards the Government of Rheinland or to your current leadership - which in the end would still have to add to the request, then forward it again to the Government. Then again, with the last assignment my people were on, I kind of lost touch to politics. Perhaps you could enlighten me on that regard.
Either way. Last I heard it was Admiral Lindauer who stood on his high throne. I don't assume that has changed, has it?

Indeed, we expected this transmission to come off as a surprise for you and your fellow pilots as you have fought on the side of the Federalist forces during the Civil War. Rest assured, however, that while paperwork is nevertheless necessary, that is all you will need to join forces with our Kampfgruppe. The current political situation in Rheinland is a complicated one to say the least. The Imperialists and former Federalists have come to an agreement to cease hostilies and work together - a matter I assume you are aware of already.
Regarding the command of the kampfgruppe, indeed, Admiral Lindauer still leads it. This is unlikely to change any time soon, given his experience in leading the unit into combat during conflicts and his ability to conduct peace-time operations. Kolleda, without Admiral Lindauer, would not be the same.
At any rate, has an agreement been reached yet about your kampfgruppe joining forces with ours?
