Info: Pascal Nico, born an orphan, grew up one of Gallia's best and brightest. He was raised by one of the many Gallic noble families who gained interest his potential. Scientists saw him as a prodigy but that all changed soon as the military got a hold of him. At Fifteen, hoping to take advantage of Pascal's intelligence, he was put through the Royal Navy Military Academy. After graduating top of his class, he was put in command of a Royal Navy Cruiser. He was assigned to guarding minefield of Languedoc where he first met The Council. There is currently no information on how or why Captain Nico switched sides but it is known that he one of The Council's most respected captains.
