[RA]Wanted has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 03/04/2009 for:

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

Consequences: Fined all Credits and guns, notifications in hold.

Notes: Yes it is permissible for you to shoot up non-allied folks in Alpha with your big shiny ship, you do still have to heed the above rule whilst you do it. Not even Terrorists get the benefit of ignoring it.
