This communication is to inform all concerned of an illegal installation that has been spotted in New York, and the 46th Fleet have communicated with the owners several times and they have only responded once.

So as of an hour ago we have declared this installation to be dismantled and will proceed with the dismantling within the next 12 hours

The 46th fleet will make sure this installation is dismamntled and would appreciate any assistance the other Promary and Secondary Fleets can provide, for a swift and quick operation

Attached is the proof of communication to the base situated behind Planet Manhatten close to Rochester Station

Further To my Communication which was just hours ago ...

We have just sent a patrol out to Rochester area and the Installation appears to have disappeared, and our only assumption we can think of is, that the owners have evacuated the installation and destroyed it themselves before we could have a chance to send our forces to dismantle it.

Hopefully this situation will also deter any other organisations from building any illegal installations in the realms of Liberty.

So ... be assured, that the 46th Fleet will continue patrols and make sure no more of these illegal installations are left undiscovered.

we are standing down our Fleet for dismantling and I would advise you all to do the same, and let this be a lesson to the individuals who want to waste our resources and time, dealing with situations like this.

For the Republic of Liberty and its safety I am glad it has not had to be dealt with, but I deeply apologise for wasting your resources and ours.
