It is not my job, but from what I could see, there is a law breach. The guy in question possess an Order vessel, Core Weapons and a wrong transponder.... I am just doing my duty as citizen of Liberty.

It seems you forgot to mention that the ship in question belongs to the Liberty Security Force. Allow me to remind you of the Laws of Liberty regarding the subject;
