For now, i would request every single unit from SDF- keep distance with this "Navy Unit" until further notice, and if something happen, report to me via a comm-channel, for the issue of Kanna, i have seen her patrolling Cortez, Magellan, California, Coronado and Leeds, but after encounter she seems "Angry" because his mission never finished, so i received, a response saying "I will came back" so probably soon there will be more encounters, we have to take a neutral stance with this vessel UNLESS kill Civilian, and let's prepare our fortification in this small fleet, seeing she only wants Knowledge and being a neutral unless attacked, i will delivery 1% of the funds each day to bring our solidarity support on this AI Vessel called "*Kanna*" why? just because we belive knowledge should be open for all, and if not, they will just take it anyway ...

About the incident in Norfolk the SDF-Macross was under repairs, i have requested a heavy upgrade on the weaponry of this vessel, so our priority will be to support it, so we get ready to defend and ready to give back the nice "Welcoming" we have from them ... just in case

Greetings Commodore Kanade, I think you've been miss informed of the situations that have happened. Yes we have had a lot of encounters with the AI cruiser tagged Kanna, I personly grew very fond of her. Out of the many peaceful encounters we've had , she seems to have mixed up the two incidents where attacks broke out. The first incident yes, Lady of leeds was with me, that day we encountered Kanna in New York and after countless requests to leave our space as Liberty does not permit fully armed Cruisers floating about, unless it is one of the Liberty officials. She denied and did not want to leave, a fighter got a little close to her, so her defense mechanism activated and it opened fire on the soldier. Lady of leeds captain Summers, my supervisor warned the AI vessel for the last time , she did not oblige so she opened fire and I was ordered by duty to open fire aswell. Kanna made her escape towards pennsylvania where we followed her. She docked inside Belthelem station and got out immediately and opened fire on me specificaly , Lady Summers engaged the cruiser was disabled and that appeared to be that.

The second instance was more of a recent one. I was surprised when I saw Kanna again in New York, to clarify something after our first incident , my fleet admiral Creed ordered a shoot on sight to any AI vessel roaming through Liberty especialy cruisers. So we encountered Kanna again , I explained to her in detail the warrant or order I shall say we recieved that she is not to be let alone in Liberty space, so I showed leniency and asked Kanna to leave peacefully with me. She Accepted that, but unfortunately a Bounty Hunter came in out of nowhere disregarding  out orders started to attack her, she started to flee and was chased through Colorado to Kepler. For now we have not have had any encounters.

To make things short The Zoner NFZ in Pennsylvania is NOT respected by Liberty Forces, ss the Treaty of Bethlehem is outdated. I do not wish to destroy your vessel, I've grown very  fond of it but we have our orders by High Command which I follow no questions asked.

P.D: I have read reports about a small fleet entered in system, the famous "Ark|Fleet" ... but...from where they coming, and using Gallic Vessels ... Keep safe!! and don't get near them till we get to know who are they and why are here ... at least the reports only come with encountering with the Navy so probably are the hated Royalist (maybe they want vengeance? haha) or they are just "checking" what are capable the Libertonians with this ... maybe Kanna know more about them ... so ... Let's move and try find out! ...
