It's great to see another Freelance group making a name for themselves in Sirius!
My name is Leon Vicci, and I run an installation within the Kepler System called Starflier Base. Your open transmission a few hours ago got my attention, as my base is always in need of fresh resources to be brought on board. With a crew of 800 members, our storage tanks get used at a fast and steady rate. Perhaps we could help each other out.
We've done a round of scouting of the Kepler System and found that all necessities can be purchased in the system. This includes Oxygen, Water and Reinforced Alloy from Ames Research Station. However, I will have to warn you that the Dark Matter Storm does become more violent and dangerous the more you fly away from Ames Research Station. Why I say this, is because the only Food supply within Kepler is sold on a base in Sector B6, a Xeno ran asteroid installation. Otherwise, Planet Denver in Colorado would be the next best spot.
If you could send me your operations pricing, we shall go from there.

Excuse me for my late reply but I was away in a business meeting and I just back to the office today.
As for your request we are happy to work with your crew and we will do our best to keep your base up and running. One of our ships is now docked at you base. We checked the system but I don't think that we can dock at Nome Base. I think that the Xenos don't like any foreign ships to dock at their bases unless we had a deal with them first. So Planet Denver in Colorado will be our next option.
As for the prices here is a list of our prices includes shipping fees.
- Reinforced Alloy from Ames Research Station at 350 per unit.
- Oxygen from Ames Research Station at 175 per unit.
- Water from Ames Research Station at 200 per unit.
- Food Rations from Planet Denver at 750 per unit.

After reviewing your pricing sheet for the four necessary resources, I accept your proposed numbers. Soon I will login and change the cargo import machines to compensate you appropriately. To make this as easy as possible, do your vessels have a specific transponder signal? While I'm logged in, I can make sure our giant docking bay doesn't reject future docking requests.
As a side note, my Science Officer Albert has measured the consumption rates for the requested resources and has calculated that the storage tanks will last approximately forty five days. We'd only ask to top off our tanks every week or two.

I've taken a look at our storage tank levels yesterday, and we're nearing the 50% mark. As an incentive to keep up the supply, I have temporarily increased the import price of all needed supplies to 750sc per unit. Happy flying, Mark.
