yeah my pc wont boot up im on a libary pc i was playing a game Red orchestra and a mod for it (mare norstrum) it ran fine for 3 days now it decides to freze ingame so i restarted(hit power ctask manager wasent opening) not sure when ill get the data geisha mayiko i think has my char files(please still have em) if not can the admin staff please transfer them to somebody (its 6 total) the chars are as follows
1st]Jimmy Patterson- has two chars [1st]jimmy.patterson[B](fighter and bomber)
"Lucky Seven" -my indie ided borderworlds transport
Kenny"Viper" Trask- (has two charcters) Kenny"viper"trask. i belive is the bomber on another acount
[1st]LCSA-Ft.Louisbourg- my LABC on the same acount as lucky seven and jimmy patterson i contacted tech support as i think i know what happened9(a simple curru[pction0as no warnings poped up other than windows did not start next time(picjk safe mode normal or last best configuration that worked
ill try to check and update you all regularly
so please admin staff i may be outr for more than 30days can you please pull my chars to a willing person seth i think said he would do it or yue fei or mabye geisha i CANNOT afford to lose the LABC or the trader even if its only 2 chars save those two but id prefer if you if possable saved all
on a side note its a sony viao RC VGC 110G with media centetr edition SP2it loops on the startup screen (where it shows that bar running from left to right and even does the same in safemodeive never had problems with it before yetwas told in rare instances the mod Mare Norstrum can cause issues like thisbut the chance was like a half percent
Can you get access to account manager? to save/send someone the account files? I dont know if the admins can do much, but if you have those, someone can help you.

i cant even get to my desktop not even in safemode it keeps looping on the black screen that asks you if you wanna start in safemode or load the last working configuration or start it normally like when you lose power in a boot up or something admins please try to force my chars out or something even if it ends up being a reimbursement for the ships i have arguably 45 mill on the trader the bc is worth over 200 mill theres gotta be something you can do
If I lived nearby (e.g. within 30 miles or so) I'd be able to run over there and get the hard drive from you and extract the accounts, but since we're more than 2000 miles apart, that's out the window.
I've spoken with Korrd in the past about how FAM works. What you need to have to recover the accounts is a file inside the FAM directory:
accounts.dat
Getting these two,
accounts.dat.old
and
accounts.dat.temp2
doesn't hurt.

need the repair cd's i gave the model type of my pc(couldent find the model number per say) RC VGC 110G was what i gave sony they said they needed the number but there is no number but a serial i think im screwed if anything can be done serverside id be grateful as im on a libary pc atm
