Council of Elders Proclamation.

As many of you already know, the empire and the Xenos Alliance used to have business deal. Under the supervision of Tribune Alberto Rodriguez of The brotherhood, the deal was renewed. Here are the outlines and important things to know:


- Corsairs must not attack Xenos ships unless;

An order has been issued by a Corsair Council Elder.
The target is a threat to other Corsair or allied pilots.

- Corsair ships are now allowed to enter Liberty for the trading and escort purpose.

The mission has been approved by a Corsair Council Elder.
The Corsair is smuggling, or is a fighter/bomber escorting smugglers. (lawful forces must be avoided)

- If Xenos pilots require an escort, you are welcome to do so.

Transport of Alien Artifacts throughout Sirius space is to be encouraged. Corsairs must not pirate allied, friendly or neutral vessels carrying a majority cargo of Alien Artifacts.

The Elders would like to remind you that you should never been seen alongside Junkers. The council want to avoid crashing the current deal with the Junkers either so keep low profile. I want to remind you in the name of El Rey Herrera that we all though you were all pretty dead by now. To Be Honest we had already gotten used to it, I could say that we were even happy with the current situation. But hey, I suppose you already know how it is; you cannot please the whole universe.
