On December 19, 828, the Leaders of Samura were gathered in extraordinary committee, being directors of departments and shareholders of the corporate company of the Kusari Empire.
The departmental sums were present:
Yuto Nagatomo
Ken'ichi Nagatomo
Ryouichi Nagatomo
Misaki Hiramatsu
Hiraku Nakajima
The meeting was held by Director General Karl Kamimura.
After much discussion, about the project of the Shimamori Clan, a vote was opened so that, after being deliberated in ordinary groups, bring the opinion of how Samura Heavy Industries can cooperate and benefit within the present and future purposes of the company in this project.
