Another ship goes missing! Is the Kepler system really safe?
####Yet another ship went missing a week prior, announced by the government of Liberty today. Search and Rescue (SAR) teams from the Dreadnought [CORRUPTED] were scrambled and are skimming through the possible zone where the MV (Merchant Vessel) Acheron was lost. A distress beacon was picked up by nearby Zoners who immediately alerted both Kusarian and Libertonian authorities. The Kusarian government did not send any S&R team nor make announcements concerning the disappearance of the MV Acheron.
####The MV Acheron was a Percheron-class transport who was regularly fairing through the Kepler system, for a private freight company. The twelve-members crew and the 60 passengers are now considered missing and our heart goes towards their families.
####Multiple political scientists, joined by conspiracy theorists theorize that the Kusarian government might be behind the vanishing of the MV Acheron, given their usual yet groundbreaking silence about the freighter.

MV Acheron in its "stable" phase, pictured in Kepler following the path of the old trade lane.
MV Acheron is a reportedly hostile vessel linked to the Nomads and their thralls. According to the Order's research on similar vessels, the MV Acheron was either transformed or repurposed into a Scorpion-type gunboat - a semi-organic autonomous drone. However, contrary to other similar Scorpion-type gunboats, MV Acheron's internal system remained partially intact and operating, despite evidence of corruption by the Nomads. Captured transponder signals matches those of the lost MV Acheron.
The MV Acheron was reported lost almost a hundred years ago and was the center of conspiracy theories amidst potential conflict between Liberty and Kusari. The MV Acheron was probably hijacked by Kusarian Wild, and then smuggled into one of their shipyards in either the Omegas or Rheinland.
Multiple "phases" have been reported, namely:
"Stable": a phase where its weaponry is noticeably disabled, and handling and piloting of the ship is notably more shakier, as if the ship handed over the control of the ship to another being. The first case of this "stable" phase was reported by witnesses in the Kepler system, as it was following the path of the damaged trade lane.
"Deactivated": a phase where the ship deliberately shuts down all systems, weaponry and engines, no particular reason found.
"Combat": a phase where the internal system of the MV Acheron hands over to the more "Nomad" part of itself, weaponry at maximum efficiency, attacking all but Nomads ships.
"Piracy":a phase whereas the MV Acheron strikes transports and
Designation: MV Acheron Classification: Scorpion-type Gunboat, Unknown Recommended type of approach: Shoot on sight Description:MV Acheron is a Scorpion-type Gunboat. It has been reported that the MV Acheron specializes in blockading and strategic surgical strikes and capitalizes on the effect of surprise. If found during one of its stable phases, any pilot is encouraged to shoot on sight.
Designation: MV Acheron Classification: Scorpion-type Gunboat, Das Wilde, formerly a Percheron-class transport Recommended type of approach: Avoid at all costs Description:MV Acheron is a Scorpion-type Gunboat. It has been reported that the MV Acheron specializes in blockading and strategic surgical strikes and capitalizes on the effect of surprise. If found during one of its stable phases, any pilot is encouraged to shoot on sight, to determine the dangerosity of the corrupted vessel, and gain insights. More valuable personnel members have to avoid the ship at all costs.
Designation: MV Acheron Classification: "Scorpion"-type Gunboat, Das Wilde, formerly a Percheron-class transport Recommended type of approach:Prevent its total destruction Description:MV Acheron is a Scorpion-type Gunboat. The ship also seems to possess extraordinary damage resistance, and is capable of partially regenerating (at a lower rate) during combat, in a similar fashion to standard human ships resorting to nanobots.
Its complete destruction must be avoided to continue to gain insights on this ship. Destroyed Scorpion-type gunboats do not yield any viable information, and cannot be either scrapped nor retroengineered.

Recorded information about encounters with the MV Acheron suggests that there are multiple entities operating the Scorpion-type, presumably those who perished during following its disappearance, It is also suggested that these entities retained a partial consciousness of their former selves. It is suggested that the "humans" onboard matches the human tissue found onboard of the MV Acheron. This makes it particularly difficult for anyone attempting combat, as the disembodied voices of various, apparently "humans", resonates through the radio spectrum, many times superceding the radio priority and broadcast what are assumed to be either the black box of the ship, or the last transmissions of it. Any person that came into contact with the MV Acheron and shows abnormal behavoir should seek immediate psychological and psychiatric help.
