So,I had problem with connecting to Freelancer Discovery RP 24/7.
When I tried to connect first I got the message "the operation is taking longer then expected, please wait..."
and then "the connection to the server cannot be established, this is usually caused by server going offline when you attempted to connect...".
I have tried every possible thing that was mentioned on this forum and nothing helped.
I am writing all this because I believe that many of you has similar problem or the same so you will know for sure is this the problem that you have and it's solution.

So the solution for this problem is reinstalling windows.
I know that you expected something eaiser and that isn't something simple, but this is the only thing that helped me.
Off course you need to unistall everything that has any relations with Freelancer before reinstalling windows(I did).
Still I don't know what was the problem, maybe something in windows itself or some virus that was not
detected by antivirus.
I hope that this will be helpful for you:)

I think that would work, or you could uninstall FLMM, Disco, and Freelancer (fully), then delete the leftovers, and registry.

Well.I am 95% sure that I try that.It wasn't the problem in game itself.Windows had some error I think.
