This is Captain Parlance Gellen, speaking as part of the Gaian movement. This communique is regarding the recent Corsair activity broaching Bretonia in earnest since the Gallic invasion, and in regards to this transmission.
At one point our movement had seen the people of Crete to be tremendous allies. Come time of the invasion however, the Corsairs played a part in the devastation of Bretonian worlds hand in hand with the xenophobic Gauls. Since such time, our connection has dwindled for obvious reasons. This renewed vigor has caught our attention, however.
It would be beneficial to note what goal your raiding fleets has upon Bretonia at this junction. Is this simply a raid in response to the Armed Forces meddling with your convoy, or is this perhaps for other causes. We would like to know where your vision aims for, and see to what our relations will look like in the coming future.

Gracias for this message. We never heard about your part of the Gaian movement, but it's good to see you. During the Great Gallic War we had coordinated actions with some other parts of the Gaian movement, without knowing about your part. They didn't mention you, senor. We would take better care about our relations if it was otherwise.
Looks like no one told you CoE (Council of Elders) remained loyal to Gaians all the time and vice versa. It's true one Cretan nation was helping Gauls against BAF in exchange for non-military ships and a handful of influence at Gallic court. We didn't tell them to do it, or not to do it. Just to be clear with you, they are still strong in representing our interests for Gallia. Cretan society was founded on many freedoms and there are lot of ways to shoot BAF. They were very good at that. We don't mind how and when as long as BAF is well shot at. We also know Gaians had a treaty with BAF during war period, but we never stopped delivering military help to you. It's a matter of loyalty and this letter of mine is about that. Maybe your part of the Gaian movement didn't get any Titans from us, but that's only because no one told us you exist.
So... after all that... if you are the kind of ally questioning alliance with Corsair Empire - we will rather not have alliance with your part of the Gaian movement. It's not easy to be our ally. The heart of such one must be true. We will keep harassing BAF and Bretonian corporations with or without you, as reliably as our military machinery allows us.
And just to mention, we've just solved fuel supplying issues thanks to our glorious victories in Sigmas.

It comes to no surprise to me that my squadron and ships were not known to you. Until the recent years our activities were focused on the Bretonian-Libertonian Borderworlds and the various Independent worlds there-in. However we have found our focus shifted which requires a more broad mindset with understandings from the various external parties, such as the well known Corsair Empire.
To be entirely frank, the Council of Elders did not formally inform our portion of the movement. That is not to say our movement as a whole was uninformed however, as it is likely that it was wrongfully misplaced by other sections. I am however pleased to know that our movement is still with your formal support. I hope such continues for years to come.
With the war came uneasy truces and alliances. While it is troubling to know a nation is and has been dealing with those of Gallia, it is a relief to know it is not more than that. We of the Gaian Movement are in our hearts still Bretonian and the civilian death toll of countless lives due to the actions of their weaponry upon Planet Leeds and Planet New London is unredeemable. Such is why my original message might have seemed in part terse, which I do apologize for.
I do welcome your strikes upon the Bretonian Armed Forces and the major Corporations, namely any under the Planetform or Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing flags. If our vision aligns we both may wish to coordinate our efforts. However I do make a request in that civilians are spared. That is to say actual innocent civilians often found upon the planets such as Cambridge and New London and not Corporate lapdogs.

Additionally it is of note that you mention your solved fuel supply issues. There is little love for the people of the Sigmas and how they treat such a resourceful sector. I would ask what recent conquest brought forth such an accomplishment.

Our hearts are also heavy for what happened to Leeds and New London. Some of those civilians were our customers and part of our business died with them. We were struggling at Gran Canaria at that time and we were busy mourning our civilians and hard workers slain by Bretonian marines there.
Si, we know very well sounds of women in black robes, screaming in tears over open graves of their husbands, brothers and even sons. Killing civilians would make us the same as our enemy. We don't have to kill a person to steal it's fat cow. We are nicer than that.
Hey, thanks for asking about our Sigma success. We removed several Outcast and GMG Security wings from there and right now we have a decent part of Sigmas in our hands. Some really helium abundant parts are still well defended by El Guild, but we are working on big secret plan to put our hands on that too. All this ended in BAF must buy fuel mucho expensive from Liberty *wide Latino smile*. You surely intercepted some of their nice supply lines at your turf. Merchant Navy escorts? Ha-ha. Good to mention, nowhere to be seen. In case you need more H-Fuel, just send a tanker or two to Lagos, our fuel depot in Sigmas. We will load them up for mere thousand creditos per unit - for you.

It pleases me greatly to hear such a strong ethical code. Once more I apologize if my tone was overtly touched with suspicions.
Gran Canaria is an interesting world, one which I have not figured out needs our touch or not. I am to understand that the edgeworlding types have taken back their hold of the planet and are in the process of rebuilding and repopulating. I'm glad it has returned to such a status.
As for the fuel situation. That is indeed wonderful to take note of. Should we find ourselves in need our transports will surely make it out that way. Fuel reserves are occasionally tight with there being little to no natural methods of obtaining it within Bretonia. We'll be sure to bring over rum, alloys, and other ship parts to bolster your own efforts.
Khatri said such a thing? The infamous Commodore? I must say that will be a quote laughed at amongst our halls for months!
